the rooms were very comfortable and the setup was acceptable i also found it thoughtful that they provided a multi-plug adapter as standard.
the beach access was limited and the beachfront pool was small i expected more for what i paid the signboard was not visible from the main road making the entrance difficult to find especially at night it was frustrating

I found the food to be excellent. I was lucky to experience the anniversary celebration. There was great food at the party. The party also had fireworks.
The signboard was not visible from the main road. It was very difficult to locate the hotel. The hotel sign was barely readable at night. You need to drive slowly and make a sharp left turn to avoid missing the entrance.

Our room was nice initially. It had a comfortable bed and a decent balcony. the beach access was quite limited. The beachfront pool was small. The hotel sign was hard to spot from the main road. Locating the entrance, particularly at night, was DIFFICULT.

I appreciated the complimentary beach bag and hats provided. The breakfast menu was varied. The team was helpful. The lady who cleaned my room did an excellent job. I enjoyed the fruit cocktail and water brought to me at the pool bar. This was a nice, appreciated touch.

The staff seemed happy to be there. It made me smile every morning. The team on the bar was superb. The cocktails were delicious. I found the staff very friendly and courteous throughout my stay. EVERYONE was cute.

The location is PEACEFUL. The hotel offers complimentary shuttles to nearby Lamai and Chaweng. I had easy access to nearby areas. Taxis were readily available and arrived almost immediately, THIS made getting around easy.

The food in the restaurant was very good and not overpriced. The breakfast included homemade muesli and granola. The BBQ evening was fun and the food was very tasty. There was so much of it. I found everything very tasty.
